September 1, 2026 - SHINRYO CORPORATION has announced the following changes of organization and personnel as of October 1, 2026.
＜Organization＞
| Production Engineering Department under DX Promotion Division will be renamed Digital Product Promotion Department. |
| Mission-critical System Department under DX Promotion Division will be renamed Digital Infrastructure Systems Department. |
| Digital Promotion Planning Department under DX Promotion Division will be split and integrated into Digital Product Promotion Department and Digital Infrastructure Systems Department. |
| Technical Supervision Division and DX Promotion Division will be integrated to form Engineering Management Division. |
| Corporate Strategy & Planning Division will be established. |
| Corporate Relations Department and Secretarial Department will be established under Corporate Strategy & Planning Division. |
| Sustainability Promotion Department will be transferred to Corporate Strategy & Planning Division. |
| Corporate Strategy & Planning Department and Corporate Communication Department under Administration Division will be transferred to Corporate Strategy & Planning Division. |
| Legal Department will be established under Administration Division. |
