New Information

January 23, 2018Received Order for Construction of Subway Station and Tunnel in Singapore
- Received orders for stage 4 and 5 for the Thomson-East Coast Line, continuing from stage 3 -

We received stage 4 and 5 for the subway Thomson-East Coast Line from Land Transport Authority (here after LTA) of Singapore in October 2017 which include air conditioning and ventilation facility of the station and design and construction of ventilation of tunnel (hereafter construction).
This construction is scheduled to complete in 2024 in corporation with construction and public work companies which have started construction of prior stage.

The government of Singapore has announced plan for the construction of rail transport system in the city by 2030 and are advancing construction of new lines and extension of existing lines.
We started business in Singapore in 1983 and have been involved in construction of air conditioning and ventilation of subways since 1987, accumulating various track records. We believe this order was received because of our technological capabilities, construction capabilities, and quality were highly evaluated.

Thomson-East Coast Line is a route that extends parallel to the existing East-West Line, covering highly populated districts of East Coast and Bedok. It was planned to increase convenience of the residents along the line and reduce congestion of the East-West Line. It is also being remarked for being a new line which all stations underground and that train will be unmanned. The construction is the fourth and fifth stage of the construction plan which is separated into five stages. We have also received the third stage in 2015 and is planned to be completed in 2020.

This construction will the final stage and will extend from Gardens by the Bay Station which is next to a popular hotel Marina Bay Sands at the center of the city to the final destination on the south eastern coast Sungei Bedok Station. The line is planned to further extend to the Expo Station to become 15.2 km long line. We will be responsible for the air conditioning and ventilation of ten stations and ventilation of the tunnel of the line.

In addition, we are also responsible for other works such as construction of mechanical equipment of a new ventilation tower, ventilation facility for a tunnel between sidetrack and consolidated switching yard, renovation and expansion of air conditioning and ventilation facilities for the Tanah Merah Station in the existing East-West Line due to its expansion. As the Tanah Merah Station has many users due to being an terminus for East-West Line and Changi Airport Branch Line, some work are limited only during late night after the lines have ended noise and safety, making the construction unique and difficult.

We will continue to conduct construction of infrastructure such as energy and transportation, hospital and commercial facilities, and other businesses that are rooted in the communities of Singapore while increasing orders received overseas by utilizing our experience and track record we accumulated in South East Asia and Middle East.
