Philosophy

This company philosophy clearly expresses the life philosophy and business philosophy which was the belief of our founder Chairperson Masaru Kagami (deceased). Shinryo Corporation was established in order to embody this philosophy in the business world. These three principles serve as the roots of the Shinryo Corporation.They are the foundation for all thinking, decision-making and action of executives. Although more than 50 years have passed since our founding, the meaning of this company philosophy is engraved in the heart of each executive.
